This recent Monday, 18 November 2024, one of our own MRTT Hospitality & Tourism Academy learner of the 2023 Professional Cookery class embarked on her International journey to Culinary greatness as a Chef in Dubai. Her name is Portia Mokoena. She is well settled and already working.
